The best time to visit Phu Quoc

Phu Quoc has the typical tropical monsoon climate with two distinct seasons, the dry season and the rainy season. The dry season is from October to May the next year, and the rainy seasons are between June to early October.

During the rainy season, the air humidity is high, and the rain is constant. You will catch up with the sudden heavy rain, which will make the road slippery and uneasy about transferring. Therefore, if you choose to travel to Phu Quoc in the rainy season, there will be a limitation for water activities such as diving and snorkeling or exploring the National Park and mangroves. However, this is the green season, and one can enjoy the low season rates.

On the contrary, in the dry season, when the rain stops, the sea is peaceful, and the waves are not strong. Therefore, this will be the best time to visit Phu Quoc. Traveling to Phu Quoc this time, you will have a chance to discover the full beauty of Phu Quoc, from the mountains, the range connecting from the North to the South of the island, the national park with various types of flora and fauna, the sandy beaches, etc.
